There is good news in the Kardashian household as eldest sister Kourtney and her beau Scott Disick get ready to welcome a new addition to their family – a baby girl.
The 32-year-old reality star recently confirmed that baby number two is a girl and is absolutely ecstatic with the news.
“We feel so blessed to be having a little girl and to be able to share this new experience with Mason,” said Kardashian to E! News.
The couple, who announced the pregnancy back in November, are expecting their new bundle of joy late this spring.
Already parents to two-year-old Mason Dash Disick, the couple couldn’t be happier.
“Kourtney was hoping for a girl,” said an insider to America’s Life & Style. “She loves having a boy but thinks having a girl would be perfect so she can dress her up and show her the ropes in life.”
Kourtney has also been seen frequently showing off her baby bump at the beach without seeming to have a care in the world. While the black-haired beauty may have good genes, she certainly turned heads after regaining her firm body quickly after the birth of Mason.
Unfortunately though, not everyone is as lucky as Kourtney and fat left over post-pregnancy is one of the most difficult to get rid of. Luckily, there is a solution for all new mommies as well as anyone looking to tone up – liposuction.
Liposuction is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures in the world, catering to the needs of virtually every body type you can imagine. There are several types of lipo treatments, each ranging from surgical to completely non-invasive. Patients can literally take their pick and have full control over how their treatment will pan out.
Patients can opt between general or local anesthesia, choose between ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL), water assisted lipo or even a lipo that freezes fat so you can get rid of fat without any invasive procedures. Best of all, with pretty much any liposuction treatment, you can be back to work anywhere between a few days to the very next day.
If liposuction sounds like something you might be interested in, contact a leading plastic surgeon in your area today to discuss which procedure is best for you.

If you have struggled with weight issues, you know just how hard it can be to lose one pound. Between days and nights spent exercising until you can’t bend your legs to eating plain, boring food you don’t enjoy, losing weight is not fun.
And what’s worse is that some people try to lose the weight for months, or even years, only to be disappointed with their lack of results. Unfortunately, some fat is virtually impossible to get rid of. Even those who are already thin can still suffer from pockets of fat that just won’t go away. The result is people being embarrassed with their bodies and covering up, afraid to show any skin at all. This is not the kind of life anyone should be leading.
But what if things didn’t have to be this way? What would you do if you could get rid of stubborn, unsightly fat in as little as just one hour? Would this be something you might consider? If so, there is good news. Your dreams can now become a reality with the help of liposuction.
Liposuction is a cosmetic procedure that gets rid of fat from several different areas of the body, including the stomach, thighs, buttocks, arms and even chin. Popular all over the world, both woman and men have turned to lipo to achieve the physique they have struggled so hard for but could never achieve. Liposuction caters to all body types and in as little as one session, can completely revolutionize your life.
Choose between several different procedures such as ultrasound assisted liposuction (UAL), procedures that use water to gently remove fat, or even some non-invasive methods that freeze fat cells so you can eliminate them naturally. You can pick between general or local anesthesia too and some procedures don’t even require any anesthesia. Recovery times are minimal and results are instant. For some liposuction procedures, you can continue to see results for months to come.
If you are sick and tired of dealing with fat that won’t go away, turn to a leading plastic surgeon and see how liposuction can give you your dream body quickly and safely.

Valentine’s Day has come and gone, but if you are like most people who devour endless amounts of decadent chocolate and other sweet treats on this romantic day, the extra fat you gained will probably still be there.
Unfortunately, it’s a lot easier to put on unwanted pounds than to get rid of them. Valentine’s Day is notorious for the outrageous amounts of treats that are pushed on the public, not to mention the booze and fine dining. But don’t fret just yet. If you put on some extra fat this month, you can easily get rid of it in just one hour’s time. Sound too good to be true? Well, it’s not. In fact, you can get rid of all your holiday weight in just one session of liposuction.
You may have already heard about liposuction and how popular it is around the world, but what you may not know is that modern medicine has transformed the procedure to be able to cater to virtually any body type or cosmetic goal. These days, you don’t have to waste time recovering at home or on a hospital bed for weeks on end. With most modern liposuction treatments, you can be back at work the following day with virtually no bruises or scars.
There are plenty of liposuction procedures you can choose from that have minimal recovery time. Some involve the use of lasers that liquefy fat and protect your surrounding tissue from any bruising while others use water to ensure the process is gentle on your body.
You can even choose between general or local anesthesia if you would like to remain awake and interact with your doctor during your treatment. You don’t even have to have a lot of fat to remove for liposuction to be successful. Some treatments are ideal for patients who are close to their goal weight and would like to target only specific areas where stubborn fat tends to accumulate, such as the back of the thighs, love handles, and neck.
There are endless possibilities for you to have the body you have always dreamed of with liposuction, and your plastic surgeon will help pick out the best treatment for you.

According to a new study, the cost of a celebrity’s liposuction treatments over the span of their life could feed an entire family for a year – if not more.
New York Magazine’s Claude Brodesser-Akner reveals that a celebrity in their 50s who wants to lose weight through liposuction or improve other areas on their body so they can look as if they were 19 again will pay roughly $850,000 in four years. That’s more than the average American family makes in a decade!
When reviewing cost averages from the Bureau of Labor Statistics’ Consumer Expenditure Report, the results of cosmetic treatments for celebs were astonishing.
A 35-year-old’s liposuction costs could equal about $6,000, which could practically buy a year’s worth of food for a family. Add a few ages to the subject and you have a 55-year-old celebrity paying about $30,000 for a facelift. That could pay for the annual housing cost for two families.
These are celebrity costs, but an average patient who doesn’t make six figures per TV episode or movie will not likely spend as much on liposuction or any other cosmetic treatment. Plus, there are plenty of affordable packages available to patients who want to look and feel their best but don’t have millions of dollars to spend in order to do so.
Although plastic surgery is not the cheapest purchase in the world, it is still one of the most satisfying. A successful liposuction treatment, breast augmentation procedure or tummy tuck can have life-long benefits for the patient which far exceed exterior improvements.
Liposuction, for example, can actually reduce a patient’s chances of having heart disease and can even lower blood pressure. Plus, gaining confidence in oneself and feeling content with the way we look both outside and in is priceless.
If you are contemplating getting any sort of plastic surgery, the one thing you do have to make sure of is that you choose a leading and Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. When it comes to any medical procedure, you can’t just settle for any old person who claims they can do a cheap job. Do your research and make sure you select a qualified and acclaimed doctor so your results will be optimal and your health will be protected.

San Diego, CA – Shaft Medical San Diego (“SHAFT SAN DIEGO”), a leading cosmetic and aesthetic medicine center, has announced it will now offer the PowerX and Lipotherme Liposuction procedures for the treatment of “bingo wings” and sagging skin.
Bingo wings, or bat wings, are nicknames often given to the sagging skin under the arm that occurs when someone either gains too much weight or loses too much the wrong way.
Even with diet and exercise, many people end up with excess skin and fat that doesn’t seem to go away. It’s at that point that many call it quits, while others choose to do something about the problem by turning to Shaft San Diego for liposuction.
The procedure to get rid of bingo wings is so simple and easy, patients can be out of the center the same day. First, liposuction is performed on the upper arm area with the PowerX or Lipotherme liposuction procedures in order to remove unwanted fat and tighten skin. Not only are these unique liposuction methods great for eliminating excess fat cells, but it also serves to tighten skin and reduce the sagging effect associated with bingo wings.
Produced by Sound Surgical, the recently FDA-approved PowerX Lipo System is an innovative treatment in and of itself. The cannula used in the procedure rotates, making it easier for the cosmetic surgeon to remove fat much faster and with less effort, leading to reduced bruising and scarring.
Lipotherme is also a newly FDA-approved liposuction procedure that uses 980 nm wavelength laser lipolysis technology to eradicate fat cells. Using a small laser housed in a special cannula, the treatment sends heat into the fatty deposits under the skin, facilitating their removal and producing the desired result quickly and easily. This type of treatment is ideal for treating areas that traditional liposuction as well as diet and exercise are not successful.
Those interested in any of these procedures or any other type of liposuction treatment are encouraged to turn to a leading plastic surgeon for a consultation. With the help of an elite and Board Certified cosmetic surgeon, you can narrow down which procedure is best for your body type and aesthetic goals so you can have the dream body you have always wanted.

Edina, MN – Today is Valentine’s Day, what should be the most romantic day of the year. Unfortunately, not all of us may feel that way in the morning.
After hours of wining and dining, you are likely to wake up bloated and hating Cupid’s guts. Luckily though, there is a simple solution to get you out of your slump – liposuction.
There are several types of liposuction procedures, all geared toward fulfilling everyone’s unique cosmetic goals. But one Minneapolis plastic surgeon says that a specific type of lipo called ProLipo is ideal for most candidates.
Mark Hagberg, MD, owner of the Minneapolis-area cosmetic clinic and spa Skin Rejuvenation Clinic, says an increasing number of people are turning to ProLipo laser-assisted liposuction to help get rid of stubborn fat when regular diet and exercise just isn’t cutting it.
“Don’t get me wrong,” said Dr. Hagberg. “ProLipo laser liposuction is not a substitute for diet and exercise. Yet I find that it is the ideal treatment for those that have an area of the body that is out of proportion to the rest of their body. These stubborn areas often persist despite diet and exercise and they are precisely the areas that we like to target with laser lipo.”
Dr. Hagberg added that ProLipo is the ideal treatment for those who are close to their goal weight.
“What I’m seeing is an increase in the number of patients who tell me their ProLipo procedure has served as incentive to continue their healthy diet and exercise regimen. Rather than continue to fight predisposed pockets of fat year after year with no success, patients are turning to ProLipo to kick-off their new year’s resolution to obtain a new silhouette,” said Dr. Hagberg. “After a ProLipo procedure, patients see a reduction in fatty tissue virtually overnight so it provides ample motivation for patients to keep their bodies trim and healthy in the New Year and beyond.”
Dr. Hagberg has been offering ProLipo laser liposuction since 2008. The FDA-approved procedure is both safe and convenient, allowing a patient to remain awake throughout the entire treatment with local anesthesia.
The unique procedure works by liquefying fat cells before they are removed to reduce the trauma to the surrounding tissue as well as decrease bleeding and bruising. This contributes to a faster recovery time, which can be as soon as just two days’ time.
In addition, ProLipo actually produces a skin tightening effect, so patients don’t have to worry about sagging skin. ProLipo causes the body to stimulate production of collagen, resulting in tighter and smoother skin which could improve as far as six months after the procedure.
Those interested in ProLipo should consult with a leading plastic surgeon to determine if it is an ideal choice for their body shape and cosmetic goals.

While most would consider cosmetic enhancement procedures like liposuction, face lifts and Botox as strictly for females, a new trend is developing in the plastic surgery world.
These days, more and more men are turning to cosmetic procedures to both look and feel their best. The most current popular method is actually Botox.
Men get just as stressed and worn down as women, and although the stigma behind men getting cosmetic surgery isn’t the most favorable, an increasing number of men are turning to Botox for a rejuvenated look.
Known as “Bro-tox,” the cosmetic procedure has gained popularity across the nation, especially in California. One fan of the treatment wasn’t afraid to go on “Good Morning America” to talk about how Bro-tox has changed his life for the better.
“Every time I would raise my eyebrows I would get creases all along my forehead,” said 29-year-old actor Johnny Markoudakis on the show.
Markoudakis was treated by Orange County, California plastic surgeon Dr. Tenley Lawton. Markoudakis had Botox injected into his forehead and around his eyes. In just one week’s time, he says he gained compliments from many who said he looked more refreshed and less stressed.
“Every year it seems like more and more men are getting Botox…and it’s not necessarily the older men,” said Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon in Michigan.
According to a report released by the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, last year, over 300,000 men got Botox, a 10 percent increase from the previous year.
So ladies, this year, instead of getting your man a new tool box or car equipment, consider giving your leading man some Bro-tox.
If you or someone you know has thought about getting Botox or any other cosmetic procedure like abdominoplasty or liposuction, contact a leading plastic surgeon to ensure your results are optimal.
When it comes to any cosmetic treatment like Botox or liposuction, only the best doctors will do. With a top plastic surgeon on your side, you can rest assured that your health and safety will be the number one concern. Speak to a skilled and Board Certified cosmetic surgeon to see which options are best for you.

Portsmouth, NH – More and more patients are turning to liposuction in order to reduce the size of their breasts after suffering from neck, back and shoulder pain.
Liposuction breast reduction surgery, also known as Scarless Breast Reduction, is continuing to gain popularity over the traditional method of breast reduction. Patients are not satisfied with other methods that are more invasive and which leave over the twelve inches of scarring per breast. With the Scarless Breast Reduction treatment, results are far more aesthetically pleasing and the procedure itself is safer.
At Atlantic Plastic Surgery Center in New Hampshire, where the innovative liposuction treatment was created by Dr. Lawrence Gray, this method remains the top choice for patients with a desire to reduce the size of their breasts.
During the procedure, liposuction is performed to remove excess fatty tissue from the breasts. The breasts and the subcutaneous fat beneath them are treated with slender cannulas leaving only two tiny incision scars per breast. This method promotes much faster healing and patients do not have to worry about unsightly scars.
“I have found this procedure to be successful in all patients, young and old, including patients with diabetes, hypertension, mental or physical impairments, keloids and in patients who smoke,” said Dr. Gray, who has been practicing cosmetic surgery since 1985 and has preformed this procedure on over 1,200 patients.
Some have doubts about the treatment, which Dr. Gray dismisses as a lack of experience in performing the surgery. Skeptics claim that scarless breast reduction only works for 10 percent of women, which Dr. Gray says is untrue. The breast is composed of over 70 percent fat, so reduction using liposuction is successful. This notion is supported by the fact that liposuction is often used to treat gynecomastia, a condition of excess fat in male breasts.
Still, others suggest the treatment is not favorable because it will lead to sagging skin, which Dr. Gray again dismisses.
“Skin always tightens up when the weight beneath it has been released. People are always more concerned about the weight or heaviness of their breasts versus having droopy skin and droopy skin is more of a cosmetic issue, which can be corrected if it persists.”

According to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, over 200,000 liposuction procedures were performed in 2010 and the most popular procedure was laser lipo.
One liposuction site, LipoSite.com, is an advocate of laser lipo, but urges patients who are interested in lipo to do their research and explore the different types of treatments to ensure they are content with their results.
There are so many different types of treatments for patients to choose, so it can get confusing. But with the latest technology in liposuction treatments, patients are advised to research which plastic surgeons offer the best and most innovative treatments and to obtain as much information before choosing a procedure.
“When a firmer body is just a procedure away, some people overlook their own role in making what can ultimately be one of the most important and permanent decisions of their lives,” said Shawn Miele, for LipoSite.com. “The primary goal of an experienced plastic surgeon should be to help patients navigate the laser liposuction process. They should guide them to choices that will most benefit them and their body types. None of that information should remain a secret.”
Although laser liposuction is extremely popular, LipoSite.com urges patients to do their research and explore all their options before settling down on the first procedure they hear about. Turning to a skilled plastic surgeon for more information is the first necessary step. Not all liposuction procedures are right for every body type, but a leading cosmetic surgeon can determine a patient’s best options.
“Basically, anyone who’s a traditional liposuction candidate is a good laser liposuction candidate,” added Miele. “That usually means they’re in good health, close to their ideal body weight and have fatty deposits despite eating well and exercising. But, their plastic surgeon should still tailor treatment to meet their individual needs.”
Miele is an advocate of laser liposuction because of the many benefits it offers.
“In any form of laser lipo, concentrated low-energy laser light liquefies fat in targeted areas. Once it’s a liquid, it’s easier to remove than solid fatty tissue is with traditional liposuction. Incisions are small so there’s less inflammation, bruising and bleeding. Pain is less intense and recovery times are shorter. Sedation is generally lighter, as well,” he said.
